Text: We were blown away by the personalized service at Intercontinental Suzhou. The chef went above and beyond to create a special off-menu dish just for us during breakfast. The attention to detail and memorable experience truly made our stay exceptional. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay with the hotel facilities being top-notch, including an impressive Fitness Centre. The location by the beautifully picturesque lake is perfect for a relaxing stay and allows for easy transportation access. Breakfast was an absolute delight with a wide range of food options to choose from, and the staff were always kind and helpful.

Nothing was lacking during our stay. It was perfect!

We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel in Suzhou. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway and offered stunning views of the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the alternate breakfast venue at the lounge, which was a nice change. The hotel offered excellent facilities such as a fully equipped gym and a rooftop bar. We even had the opportunity to use the robots for room deliveries, which was quite interesting. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for a week during our stay.

One of the best things about this hotel was its convenient location, it was located near several key attractions in the area.

Our romantic escape was fantastic! We were delighted with two complementary cocktails offered upon arrival, which were delicious. The hotel is located in a stunning setting with picturesque views of the lake and surroundings. We particularly enjoyed taking romantic walks around the lake at sunset. The best aspect of our stay was the luxurious room, with a big comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and an elegant decor that added a touch of romance to our stay.

There were no negative aspects of our stay. We had a perfect time and can't fault a single thing.

This luxury hotel is a prime location for business trips and leisure travel. the rooms are well-appointed with modern and exclusive amenities. the staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all your needs, making the stay enjoyable. the Spa & wellness centre is exquisite, with professional massage therapists.

One minor issue to consider is the limited drinking options in the Bar/Lounge area. Apart from this, everything was perfect.

We recently stayed at a hotel that had fantastic features, such as being in a green area near a beautiful lake. the subway station was close by and provided quick access to multiple dining options near Time Square. Our room overlooked the lake and boasted an efficient check-in/out process.

Although the hotel was fantastic, we experienced a slight issue with the breakfast service. There was some queuing involved, and at a point, it felt like we were waiting a bit too long for our meal.

Amazing swimming pool and fitness center! We spent most of our days lounging by the pool and working out. The location was also great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Another thing we liked was the attention to detail with the room decor, it added a romantic touch to our escape.

We had a bad experience with the staff. They were not very accommodating to our needs and seemed uninterested in helping us with our requests.

While our room advantages were impeccable, we did encounter a minor issue with the in-room breakfast. Our special diet menus were not fully catered to, but the culinary team was quick to accommodate our needs and the breakfast was overall satisfying.

The hotel is centrally located near many bars, restaurants, and the subway, making it perfect for both business trips and exploring the area. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food, including real ham, and there was so much food offered that we couldn't help but wonder if they were losing money on it!
